Project Clear Code Violations
When I met the former owner of this property, she was tired and looking for a solution. The property had over 2 dozen code violations that had to be addressed before it could be considered "habitable". The kitchen alone had inoperable and leaking windows, cabinets that wouldn't close, plumbing that knocked and leaked into the basement, inoperable electrical, no appliances, and it all sat atop a soft floor.

This property was put in the hands of an experienced investor that turned this old tired property into a lovely home once again.
Project Abandoned to Home

This house had stood vacant for more than 5 years. The decay and bugs had set in and the owner saw little value in repairing it. It was destined for the landfill until they gave me a call.

A wonderful family has poured a ton of love into this old forgotten place, proving that home ownership is possible. It has undergone a total transformation from the inside out and is by far one of my favorites.

-clearing 11 years of delinquent taxes
-clearing city nuisance charges spanning a decade
-enabling the owner to avoid both tax and mortgageforeclosure

And now progress is underway to stop the demolition orders that were issued more than a decade ago.
